Osetra (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii) has a nutty flavor, delicate texture and light aroma of the sea. Due to the strict selection of wild sturgeon species the eggs have an increased size and reach up to 1.5-2.2 mm. By combining the very best of the east and west, we have been able to produce a sensational product that exceeds all expectations. Our pearl has an excellent taste, a brilliant colour, and a large grain size.
